NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person (18 or older) who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor and Promotion Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, computer/program incompatibility or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select the winner from among all eligible mail-in entries and all eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal.

Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROT, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The SIKIDS.com Playoff Party Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 3, 2008 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on February 2, 2008. All information gathered in conjunction with this Sweepstakes will be solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. All information (e-mail addresses, etc.) will be destroyed after the Sweepstakes is completed and winner is verified.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and Canada (except for the province of Quebec) who are between the ages of 6 and 13 at time of entry. Employees of Sports Illustrated KIDS (the “Sponsor”) and 4 Kids Entertainment, Inc. (“Promotion Party”), their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively referred to as the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.sikids.com and follow all online instructions to complete the Online Entry Form including your first name, email address and your parent’s email address (optional) on the entry form and press the submit button. Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day (a day is defined as one (1) 24 hour period from 12:01 AM ET to 11:59 PM ET) regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on February 2, 2008. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: SIKIDS.com Playoff Party Sweepstakes, c/o: Sports Illustrated KIDS, c/o: Sports Illustrated KIDS, 1271 Avenue of the Americas – RM 33-316B, New York, NY 10020. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between January 3, 2008 and February 2, 2008 and received by February 9, 2008. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, invalid, mutilated, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage due mail/entries. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary. You have not yet won. Many will enter but only one winner will win. Grand Prize (one (1) to be awarded): A 42“ Flat Screen HDTV (Approximate Retail Value: $1,500.00). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:10,000. Prize will be awarded. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor, Promotion Parties and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and its agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that prize shall be subject to manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winner will be determined via a random drawing on or about February 15, 2008 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian, who will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and a Publicity Release (“Prize Notification Documents”) on potential winner’s behalf. Potential winner will be notified once via email with instructions for potential winner’s parent or legal guardian to respond with the potential winner’s primary residence address (street addresses only – no P.O. Boxes) in order to mail the Prize Notification Documents. If the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian fails to respond within the seven (7) day period, or if the e-mail attempt is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random. (Entrants and/or their parents or legal guardians are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses.) When the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian’s mailing address has been obtained, he/she will be notified via Federal Express delivery. Pre-paid Federal Express envelope will be provided. The potential winner’s parent or legal guardian will be required to complete and return required documents, which must be signed and returned within ten (10) days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected at random. If the Prize Notification Document is returned as undeliverable or should the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian fail to respond within the required period, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Any Canadian winner will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to receive a prize. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of Affidavit/Release. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal value in the event the offered prize becomes unavailable. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial and income taxes associated with winning prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and prize won for advertising, promotion and/or publicity purposes in any and all media including online posting without additional compensation.

Releases and Waiver: Participating entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and release the Sponsor, 4Kids Entertainment, Inc., Promotion Parties and any other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes as well as their respective affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies, the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize. Winner and his or her parent or legal guardian assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or misuse of prize or redemption of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prize.

Confidentiality: By entering, the information you provided may be sent to promotional partners identified in this promotion. You may be contacted by the Sponsor and/or any promotional partners with future promotional offers. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.sikids.com.

Arbitration: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, NY, U.S.A.
